Ulcinj is a Montenegrin town where most of Albanian minority lives. Montenegrins, Serbs and Albanians there respectï»¿ each other and live in harmony. Please be so kind not to be ignorant.

Ulcinj is not a Montenegrin town most of the population self identifiesï»¿ as Albanian and most Montenegrin’s in the population have Albanian roots. Only the few Serbs living in Ulcinj are really Serbs even though they shouldn’t be living there anyways,
